Site Manager - Cladding Remediation

Site Manager - Fa-ade Remediation | Worcester

I''m currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead a -4.5m fa-ade remediation scheme in Worcester.

This is a 45-week residential recladding project involving the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and the installation of a new Rockpanel fa-ade system. The contractor is operating as Principal Contractor, and you''ll be the No.1 on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing programme, progress and site operations
• Coordinating fa-ade subcontractors
• Scaffold management and liaison
• Design coordination
• Health & Safety management
• Quality assurance and FieldView reporting
• Client and stakeholder communication
• Driving the project through to completion and handover

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering recladding or fa-ade remediation projects
• Experience working for a Principal Contractor
• Strong knowledge and use of FieldView
• Rockpanel experience would be highly advantageous
