Site Manager

CJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour teams on active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation. We are looking for a reliable Site Manager / Supervisor to work on an ongoing site overseeing a commercial window replacement scheme, so having a strong background in roofing is ideal. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate small teams of labourers on site Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standard Report progress, issues, and incidents to management Requirements: Previous experience in construction site supervision Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of construction health and safety practices Ability to read and follow project plans and schedules CSCS card and relevant supervision certificates (SSSTS, SMSTS, etc) If you are interested, we encourage you to apply!
