Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise operational teams and subcontractors delivering Water Recycling maintenance activities and small works, in line with performance standards and SHEQ requirements Drive site productivity, workmanship and safety culture, coordinating resources and monitoring performance against time, cost and quality targets Coordinate site activities including plant, materials, traffic management and subcontract work, keeping close control of costs and hired-in resources Ensure the optimum method of construction is used and meets all required standards Support delivery of local budgets and business priorities, highlighting risk and variance to finance plans Lead by example on Health, Safety and Quality standards across all sites Ensure full compliance with HandS, CDM regulations, RAMS and near-miss reporting, supporting a zero-accident culture Promote wellbeing and continuous improvement in HandS practices across all sites About ..... full job details .....
