We take real pride in how we look after our people, and this role is central to that.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise operational teams and subcontractors delivering Water Recycling maintenance activities and small works, in line with performance standards and SHEQ requirementsDrive site productivity, workmanship and safety culture, coordinating resources and monitoring performance against time, cost and quality targetsCoordinate site activities including plant, materials, traffic management and subcontract work, keeping close control of costs and hired-in resourcesEnsure the optimum method of construction is used and meets all required standardsSupport delivery of local budgets and business priorities, highlighting risk and variance to finance plansLead by example on Health, Safety and Quality standards across all sitesEnsure full compliance with HandS, CDM regulations, RAMS and near-miss reporting, supporting a zero-accident culturePromote wellbeing and continuous improvement in HandS practices across all sitesAbout you:A little bit ..... full job details .....
