Job Title: Site Manager - Civil EngineeringLocation: Oxenton just outside CheltenhamDay Rate: 350pd CIS or Limited CompanyRole Highlights and Packages:6 month contractImmediate start availableFull civils package including drainage, ducting, roads, footways, 4m diameter chambers, deep excavations and moreOpportunity to work on the water/sewerage networkStrong civil engineering experience essential; water/STW experience would be idealRole Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month project in Oxenton, just outside Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, ideally combined with experience in water and sewage treatment works.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site SupervisorStrong civils/construction backgroundWater network expeirenceExperience coordinating subcontractors and multiple tradesGood understanding of site health and safety requirementsSMSTS and CSCSResponsibilities:Manage daily site operations and site teamsManage subcontractors and site operativesMonitor programme, progress and qualityEnsure RAMS, permits and site documentation are maintainedMaintain high standards of health, safety and environmental complianceCoordinate with the Project Manager, engineers and client representativesEnsure works are completed ..... full job details .....
