Site Manager - Civil Engineering and RemediationUp to £60,000 plus company van and fuel cardPermanent Yorkshire and MidlandsWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver civil engineering, remediation, earthworks and enabling works projects across Yorkshire and the Midlands.The successful candidate will take day-to-day responsibility for site operations, managing labour, subcontractors, programme, health and safety, quality and client communication.The RoleResponsibilities will include: Managing the safe and efficient delivery of site activities. Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers. Working closely with the Project Manager and technical team to meet programme requirements. Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits, briefings and construction documentation. Leading site inductions, toolbox talks and daily activity briefings. Monitoring progress, productivity, quality and completed works. Ensuring work is delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements. Maintaining accurate site diaries, records, inspections and progress reports. Identifying programme, technical, environmental and health and safety risks. Liaising with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Managing temporary works and ensuring the correct procedures are followed.
