I''m working with a well-established specialist contractor who delivers high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

About the Role
You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and site labour
• Coordinating daily site activities and programme
• Maintaining health & safety compliance
• Monitoring quality and progress of works
• Liaising with clients, the Project Manager and the wider site team
• Completing site records and progress reporting

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• SMSTS, Black CSCS & First Aid
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme

• Up to £280 per day
• Permanent position
