Site Manager

We are working with a highly regarded construction company specialising in bespoke, high-specification residential projects, including architect-designed new builds, luxury renovations, extensions and the restoration of historic and period properties. With a strong reputation for quality, traditional craftsmanship and outstanding project delivery, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be involved in delivering distinctive, high-quality projects where standards and attention to detail are paramount. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. Working closely with clients, architects, contract managers, subcontractors and skilled tradespeople, you will oversee projects from the early stages of construction through to completion and handover. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and within budget. Coordinating subcontractors, tradespeople, suppliers and deliveries to maintain an efficient workflow. Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship, quality control and attention to detail throughout every stage of the build.
