The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, including both new build developments and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have an excellent reputation within the façade sector and a strong pipeline of secured work. The Role Managing day-to-day site operations on façade and cladding projects. Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Monitoring quality, progress and site productivity. Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, main contractors and consultants.
