Site Manager

I''m working with a well-established façade contractor based in London who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager due to a growing workload.
The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, including both new build developments and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have an excellent reputation within the façade sector and a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations on façade and cladding projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Monitoring quality, progress and site productivity.
• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, main contractors and consultants.
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

• £50,000 - £65,000 salary.

• Previous experience working for a specialist façade, cladding or external envelope contractor.
• Experience managing façade installation packages on live construction sites.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and quality control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Full UK driving licence.
