About the company: Our privately owned client is a leading name within the demolition and civil engineering industry that prides themselves on their excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to programme, whilst always maintaining high standards and quality. They are based in Central London and as a group, successfully complete projects as a principal contractor and as a subcontractor throughout the UK which have values in excess of £15M. Their core areas of expertise include demolition, asbestos removal, enabling works and infrastructure and as a group, they turnover in excess of £120M. About the opportunity: Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies demolition management team based in Central London and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health and safety.
