Site Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Manager to provide 4 days'' site cover on a live construction project based in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive Site Manager who is available at short notice and confident managing day-to-day site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the safe and efficient running of the site.
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily activities.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining site records.
• Liaising with the project team to ensure work progresses as planned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Valid SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
