The Main Contractor primarily builds within government, education and healthcare sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between 1 - 5 million in value and projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects.The project is a 1.5 million refurbishment project within a Central London Government building with works including 2 new lift shafts and a full office refurbishment works.
