Site Manager - Central London - Must be SC cleared

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a main contractor based in London. The Main Contractor primarily builds within government, education and healthcare sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between 1 - 5 million in value and projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects.The project is a 1.5 million refurbishment project within a Central London Government building with works including 2 new lift shafts and a full office refurbishment works. The project is currently live and will run for 9 months.The project is a night shift with the hours being 8pm to 5am.The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc. The candidate needs to be SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified and must be SC cleared.My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate.If you are keen to get more details on the position please send me a copy of your CV to (url removed)RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
