Duties & Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, subcontractors and installation teams, providing leadership and ensuring quality workmanship and customer service. Coordinate with senior management, procurement and supply chain to ensure effective planning, materials and project delivery. Experience across renewable energy installations, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, with an understanding of whole-house retrofit. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, Toolbox Talks and relevant legislation, including PAS 2030 and PAS 2035. Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and quality, providing regular reports and chairing site meetings. Manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
