Job Title: Site Manager Commercial Fit Out Location: Nuneaton, CV10 (local candidates only) Contract Type: Fixed Term About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a high-profile project at a private Automotive RandD Research Park in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (SMSTS). Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, operatives, and deliveries to meet programme deadlines. Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship. Manage site administration, including reports, progress updates, and daily logs using Procore. Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site, maintaining professional relationships and addressing queries or concerns. Ensure all site personnel hold the correct CSCS qualifications and relevant First Aid certifications. Liaise with design, planning, and procurement teams to resolve any site issues efficiently. Manage a team of up to 25 operatives, typically on site at any given time.
