Site Manager CAT B Fit Out Location: Bristol Duration: 9 Weeks Start: ASAP We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol. This is a fast-paced project requiring a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality workspace environments. The Role Day-to-day site management of a CAT B office fit-out Coordination of subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard Managing site logistics, HandS compliance, and reporting Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial workspace / CAT B fit-out projects Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage programme and drive site progress IT and Systems Suitable laptop or work computer Smartphone Reliable internet access Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with Breadcrumb and Procore (training can be provided) Qualifications (Essential) SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) First Aid at Work (valid) CSCS Card ..... full job details .....
