      <description>Location: Lincoln | Salary: &amp;pound;250 - &amp;pound;280/day | Type: Temporary | Site Manager    Lincoln    4 months    -260 / day      We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a structural alteration project at a Jobcentre in Lincoln.  The project involves the demolition of an existing internal staircase, carried out in accordance with a Category 9 structural engineer''s design, followed by the installation of a new external staircase. This is a live environment, so strong planning, coordination and health &amp; safety management are essential. Similar construction projects commonly involve structural demolition and replacement works delivered under strict safety controls.   Key Responsibilities:    Managing all site activities from start to completion.  Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.  Ensuring all works comply with health &amp; safety legislation and company procedures.  Liaising with the client, structural engineer and project team.  Managing site programmes, quality and daily progress.  Completing site paperwork, RAMS reviews and daily records.  Maintaining a safe and organised site throughout the project.
