This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining programme. The only hands-on aspect of the role will be needing a telehandler license to help moving aterials at height. Responsibilities Oversee the roofing works from start to completion. Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and maintain health & safety standards. Liaise with the client, school representatives and project team. Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to a high standard. Operate a telehandler when required to assist with moving materials onto the roof.
