Role: Site Manager

Pay: -270.00 per day

Location: Manchester City Centre

Start: Mid September

Length: 45 weeks

• Fit Out & Refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential projects
• Trade background
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Managers Card
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site management

• Reporting to and working closely with the Contracts Manager
• Procore / Breadcrumb Experience
• Lead the day-to-day running of a high-end refurbishment project consisting of 7 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain the project programme
• Carry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Review RAMS and issue permits where required
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and assist with short-term and weekly look-ahead planning
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the refurbishment
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily records, work orders, purchase orders and RFIs
• Coordinate inspections, handovers and sign-offs to ensure allocated areas are completed to the required standard
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and report progress, issues and programme risks
