Site Manager - CAT B Interior Fit-OutLocation: Poole, DorsetContract:8 WeeksProject:5,000 sq ft CAT B Interior Fit-OutDay Rate:Up to £340 per day, depending on experienceHours:Monday to Friday, approximately 7.30/8.00am - 4.00pmWe are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week CAT B interior fit-out project in Poole.This is a hands-on position managing the day-to-day running of a 5,000 sq ft commercial interior project. We are particularly interested in Site Managers who have come from a carpentry or joinery background and are comfortable getting involved practically when required.The RoleYou will take responsibility for the smooth and safe delivery of the project, coordinating trades and ensuring work is completed to programme and the required quality standards.Your duties will include: Day-to-day management of the site and subcontract trades.Coordinating labour, materials and the programme of works.Monitoring workmanship, progress and Health and Safety.Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks.Managing site documentation including RAMSand relevant records.Ensuring compliance with site regulations and safe working practices.Liaising with contractors, suppliers and project management.Resolving day-to-day issues to keep the project progressing.Providing practical, hands-on assistance to trades where required.
