Overview

We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager / Sub Agent to oversee a highways scheme involving the demolition of an existing culvert and construction of a new structure on a freelance basis.Responsibilities

Day-to-day site supervision, subcontractor management, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Strong focus on health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.Requirements

Proven experience in highways/civil engineering, ideally with culvert or drainage worksStrong subcontractor management and site coordination skillsKnowledge of CDM Regulations and temporary worksCSCS (Site Manager), SMSTS and First Aid certificationsAbility to interpret drawings/specs with excellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable

NEC contract experienceSmall-medium infrastructure project exposureFamiliarity with digital site management toolsApplication/Contact
