Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee nightshift operations on motorway closures for drainage schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways projects and be confident managing on-site safety, subcontractors, and coordination activities during fast paced night works.

Key Responsibilities

·Oversee all on-site safety during nightshift operations
·Deliver daily briefings and site inductions
·Check and verify operative tickets and site access eligibility
·Coordinate closely with engineers and traffic management contractors
·Manage and supervise subcontractors throughout works
·Review and contribute to RAMS documentation
·Complete site diaries and progress reports
·Use online tools for reporting and site record management

Essential Qualifications & Skills

·CSCS
·SSSTS
·Highways Passport

Desirable Skills

·Experience on motorway/nightshift projects
·Strong communication and coordination abilities
·Familiarity with drainage schemes
 
Rate is dependent on experience.
