Site Manager - Corwen - 2/4 Weeks Cover Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Corwen on a care home project, starting on Monday the 27th of July. Project Details: Location: Corwen Duration: 2/4 Weeks Scope of Works: Care home construction project Requirements: Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. Proven experience in managing construction new build projects. Excellent health and safety and site program knowledge. Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site activities. Managing subcontractors, labour and trades, ensuring works are delivered to program. Maintaining high standards to of HandS and site compliance.
