With an exciting pipeline of work the business is set to double in size over the coming year and so there will be a real chance of this opportunity becoming long term. The project comprises of traditional build methods as well as some refurbishment works to be done on an existing building. As the No1 Site Manager you will be tasked with making sure all build targets are met and the project comes to successful completion. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction activities across the residential and mixed-use development. Coordinate subcontractors, site operatives and specialist trades. Plan and sequence works to ensure the project remains on programme. Manage traditional build, steel frame and associated construction activities.
