The position is available on either a permanent or freelance basis, depending on preference and experience.The company delivers a wide range of roofing projects across the commercial and construction sectors, with particular expertise in flat roofing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to join a forward-thinking business with strong plans for continued growth and genuine opportunities for career progression.You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of roofing projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging roofing projects from commencement through to completionOverseeing site teams, subcontractors and labourPredominantly managing flat roofing projects, alongside other roofing systemsEnsuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMSManaging site health and safety and maintaining high standardsCoordinating materials, plant, labour and subcontractorsMonitoring project programmes and ensuring key deadlines are achievedCarrying out quality inspections and ensuring works meet required standardsLiaising with clients, contractors and other site stakeholdersAttending site ..... full job details .....
