Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit-OutLocation: London and South EastSalary: Circa 50,000 per annum + BenefitsOur client is a well-established design and build contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their delivery team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in commercial office fit-out, looking to join an established contractor with a strong reputation, repeat client base and a growing portfolio of projects.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects on site.You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing site activities, maintaining high standards of Health and Safety and quality, and ensuring works are delivered in line with the agreed programme.You will work closely with the Project Manager, client, consultants, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the successful delivery of each project from mobilisation through to completion and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site-based teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently.Ensure ..... full job details .....
