The project will start on the 20th July. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment works in live environments, where maintaining strong communication with residents is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the window replacement programme. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Liaise with residents and the accommodation management team to coordinate access for window installations and keep occupants informed of planned works. Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to and maintain a safe working environment. Complete site documentation, including daily diaries, RAMS, permits, and progress reports.
