The project involves the  full fit-out and conversion of a Grade II Listed building to create residential apartments , alongside significant external works including  facade refurbishment and roof works . This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment, fit-out or heritage projects, who is confident managing subcontractors, programme and day-to-day site operations.
