This role involves managing multiple roofing projects across east sussex, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with clients and residents. The works are on a mix of houses and flats, not construction sites and you will need to be driving from site to site on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities for the Site Manager – Social Housing Roofing & Solar Oversee pitched roof replacement projects within occupied social housing. Manage roofing contractors, scaffold teams, and solar installers. Coordinate works involving recessed solar panel systems within tiled roofs.
