The Role You''ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, subcontractors and the client. Key Responsibilities Manage EWI and decarbonisation works on occupied social housing schemes. Supervise subcontractors and site teams. Ensure health & safety compliance and site quality. Carry out inspections, toolbox talks and site reporting. Monitor programme, labour and materials. Liaise with residents and client representatives throughout the project.
