We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Site Manager based in Swindon
 

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a Housing Association contract in the Swindon area. The Site Manager will be responsible for multiple projects across the region and supervision of the team on site. This is a 3 month contract. 

Site Manager duties: 

• Managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the client''s specifications
• Leading a team of supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining excellent standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the client and project team.
• Drive progress to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

What is required for the role: 

• SMSTS
• Gold CSCS or above 
• Experience in similar roles
• DBS
