Project / Site Manager Fire Safety WorksLocation: Slough area Employment Type: Temporary / Day Rate Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable depending on experienceWe are recruiting an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee fire safety works across a social housing contract near Slough.The role will involve managing works from commencement through to completion, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, maintaining programme deadlines and ensuring all works meet the required quality and fire safety standards.Key responsibilities:Overseeing fire safety works across occupied propertiesManaging subcontractors, operatives and site programmesEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsCompleting site inspections, quality checks and work sign-offsManaging RAMS and project documentationLiaising with residents, the client team and internal stakeholdersProviding regular progress reports and resolving site issuesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetThe successful candidate will require:Previous management experience within passive fire or fire safety worksSocial housing or occupied-property experienceStrong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentationSMSTSCSCS management cardFirst Aid at WorkExcellent communication and organisational skillsThis is an excellent temporary opportunity with an established fire safety contractor.
