Temporary Site Manager – Ongoing Contract
Dudley / Stourbridge Area
£30 per hour

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor operating across the West Midlands.

This is an ongoing contract role and requires someone who can confidently take full control of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site activities
• Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
• Managing site health & safety
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Maintaining project quality and programme targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
• Fire safety experience desirable
• Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
