Site Manager – Planned Works

Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £32.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Ongoing

We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a long-term planned maintenance programme delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across occupied social housing properties in the Wolverhampton area.

You''ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, and maintaining excellent health & safety compliance throughout the project.

• Experience managing planned works within the social housing sector.
• Able to start within 2 weeks of offer
• Previous delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Gold Card and above) and First Aid at Work certificates.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
