Long-Term Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of ongoing social housing refurbishment projects across Birmingham. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within occupied and void housing stock. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations Overseeing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes Coordinating roof repair and replacement works Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Managing subcontractors and site labour Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance Liaising with tenants, clients, and project stakeholders Producing site reports and progress updates Requirements: ? Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects ? Experience overseeing: Kitchen upgrades Bathroom upgrades Roof repair works ? SMSTS (Essential) ? Gold CSCS Card (Essential) ?
