This is an ongoing contract offering a competitive hourly rate, ideal for someone with a strong background in social housing planned works who can ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality and programme targets are met. Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures. Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging. Liaise with tenants, client representatives and the wider project team to maintain excellent communication throughout the programme.
