Site Manager - Social Housing Roofing - Ramsgate£270 Per DayInitial 6-Week Contract with Potential ExtensionBuild Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing roofing works across the Ramsgate area.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to join a busy and growing contract. The initial assignment is for 6 weeks; however, due to an increasing workload, there is a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.The Role:Managing social housing roofing projects occupied and tenanted propertiesOverseeing subcontractors, site activities, health and safety, and programme deliveryCarrying out site inspections, quality checks and progress reportingEnsuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standardBuilding positive relationships with residents, clients and operational teamsWorking closely with the wider project team to achieve contract objectivesWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing roofing projectsExperience working in occupied and tenanted propertiesStrong knowledge of health and safety and compliance proceduresPhysically fit and comfortable carrying out regular site inspections involving ladders and scaffold accessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT and reporting skillsA proactive, organised and solutions-focused approachRespectful, professional and resident-focused attitudeTeam player with the ability to ..... full job details .....
