Site Manager Social Housing / RetrofitEnfield £32 per hour Contract PositionWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver social housing retrofit works across occupied properties in Enfield.The role will involve managing daily site operations, supply chains, resident liaison and programme delivery. You will be required to work independently, travel between multiple properties and maintain accurate site records.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of social housing retrofit worksCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operativesEnsure works comply with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035Monitor programme, quality, health and safety, and productivityLiaise with residents and resolve any site-related concernsCarry out site inspections, inductions and toolbox talksMaintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentationEnsure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standardRequirementsPrevious Site Management experience within social housing or retrofitGood understanding of PAS 2030/2035 processes and requirementsExperience managing supply chains and occupied propertiesBlack or Gold CSCS cardSMSTS or SSSTSFirst AidAsbestos AwarenessFull clean UK driving licenceOwn ULEZ-compliant vehicleAbility to travel between properties across EnfieldPackage£32 per hourOngoing contract opportunityImmediate or short-notice start ..... full job details .....
