The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with PAS 2035 standards and all relevant health and safety regulations. Accountabilities/Responsibilities of the Retrofit Site Manager: Manage the day-to-day site operations for retrofit and energy efficiency projects in social housing properties. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
