The successful candidate will have previous experience managing construction projects within occupied or social housing environments, ideally with a strong understanding of renewable energy installations and energy-efficiency improvements . Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site operatives. Manage health & safety, RAMS and site compliance. Liaise with clients, residents, housing associations and other stakeholders. Monitor progress, quality and programme against project requirements. Coordinate renewable energy and associated construction works. Ensure all works are completed to the required standards and specifications. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
