This project involves a large-scale refurbishment projects within a government buildings. Given the nature of the environment, you must be a proactive leader capable of managing subcontractors and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Managing the project delivery of a refurbishment, ensuring all work meets technical specifications. Compliance: Upholding stringent health and safety standards required for government-site works. Reporting: Managing site logs and providing clear handovers for daytime teams. Multiple Subcontractors: Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractors. Requirements Certifications: Valid SMSTS or SSSTS is essential. First Aid: Ideally hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate. Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects, specifically flooring or high-spec fit-outs.
