The business delivers high-quality residential developments and has built a strong reputation for creating well-designed homes while maintaining high standards of build quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who wants to join a successful housebuilder with a strong pipeline of upcoming developments.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.The Site Manager will coordinate subcontractors, manage site programmes, monitor progress and ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
