Contract Site Manager - Internal Fit-OutThe CompanyA specialist fit-out contractor delivering fast-paced commercial and hospitality projects is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Site Manager for an upcoming internal fit-out of a national fast-food restaurant.The business has extensive experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out schemes for recognised national brands, with projects requiring a strong focus on programme, quality and health and safety.The Contract Site Manager RoleThe successful Contract Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the internal fit-out, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.As Contract Site Manager, you will coordinate trades on site, monitor progress against programme and ensure the project remains on schedule. You will be expected to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the fit-out while managing the practical challenges associated with a fast-paced hospitality environment.The Contract Site Manager will also liaise closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and resolving site issues as they arise.Contract Site Manager RequirementsThe successful Contract Site Manager will ideally have:Previous experience delivering internal fit-out or refurbishment projects.Experience working within restaurants, retail, hospitality or similar fast-track environments.A ..... full job details .....
