This role offers the chance to oversee a high-stakes data centre project, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.The Role As the Site Manager, you ll: • Manage day-to-day MandE site operations on a live data centre project.• Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors.• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with programme, specifications and quality standards.• Monitor health and safety compliance, carrying out site inspections and ensuring RAMS are followed.• Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.You To be successful in the role of Site Manager, you ll bring: • Proven experience as an MandE Site Manager.• Previous experience delivering data centre projects is essential.• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on fast-paced construction projects.• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.What''s in it for you?
