This position is focused on  commercial new build projects  across a range of building types (not housing), offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.  Projects are typically in the  £5m–£6m  range and require strong programme control, quality management, subcontractor coordination and confident site leadership from mobilisation through to handover.
