This role requires a proven background in External Wall Insulation (EWI) and facade refurbishment projects. Applicants without direct EWI project experience are unlikely to be considered. The Opportunity The successful candidate will join the business to deliver a programme of apartment block remediation works across South Wales. Your first project will involve the removal and replacement of a failed EWI system on a 4-5 storey occupied residential block. The scheme will require the safe removal of the existing system, facade preparation works, installation of a replacement EWI system and re-rendering before progressing onto further apartment blocks within the programme.
