Working on a tight programme with a fixed completion date, you will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard before the new term begins. Duties Manage the day-to-day running of the refurbishment and fit-out works. Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site. Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues quickly. Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance. Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and site inspections. Oversee quality control and ensure works are completed to specification.
