The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of civil engineering works, managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour while ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations. Leading direct labour and subcontractor teams. Driving high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance. Planning and coordinating resources, labour, plant and materials. Monitoring progress against programme and implementing corrective actions where required. Managing site documentation, permits and reporting requirements. Coordinating temporary works and lifting operations. Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and stakeholders.
