Site Manager Residential Development Location: Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a residential development in Cross Hands. This is an opportunity for a confident and organised construction professional with a strong background in residential construction and/or social housing. The successful candidate will take responsibility for site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site resources and work closely with the wider project team to maintain progress against the construction programme. Experience on larger residential projects would be beneficial, alongside a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple work areas and competing priorities. Key responsibilities Take ownership of daily site operations, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated and supervised effectively. Manage subcontractors and trades, setting clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity and deadlines. Monitor progress against the construction programme and prepare short-term work plans to keep activities on schedule. Coordinate labour, materials, plant and deliveries to support efficient working and minimise disruption.
